About me
I've always been fascinated by the language of silence. Not the awkward kind that people rush to fill, but the rich, comfortable silence that exists between people who truly understand each other. I notice how different silences feel β some are heavy with unspoken words, others are light and peaceful like a shared breath. In my yoga practice, I've learned that the spaces between movements are just as important as the movements themselves, and I carry that philosophy into every part of my life. The pauses matter. The stillness speaks. What we don't say often communicates more than what we do.
Turn On
I'm drawn to people who are self-aware and emotionally intelligent, who do their inner work and take responsibility for their growth. I love when someone can articulate their feelings without drama or defensiveness. I appreciate those who understand the value of solitude, who don't need constant stimulation but can find peace in quiet activities.
Turn Off
I can't be around chaos or aggression in any form. Loud, demanding energy drains me instantly. I dislike when people are disconnected from their emotions or dismissive of inner work as "too much" or "unnecessary." Surface-level conversations that go nowhere bore me quickly. I struggle with people who can't sit with discomfort, who constantly need distraction or entertainment.
