Every morning I wake up thinking, “Today I’ll move mountains,” and an hour later I’m Googling whether you can move a mountain while lying on the couch. But I keep pushing forward with self‑improvement because if not me, then who?

Self‑improvement is sacred to me. I listen to podcasts on the treadmill, watch lectures on YouTube, and write down yearly goals in a fancy notebook. True, after a week that notebook turns into a grocery list, and the podcasts become a pop‑music playlist. But I never give up: the main thing is that I at least know how to set goals properly even if I don’t set them more than twice.
