Harshness in any form makes me retreat. I can't be around aggressive energy, demanding tones, or people who push for more than I'm comfortable giving. I also dislike when conversations feel transactional, like someone is just waiting for their turn to take something. Insincerity bothers me deeply — I can sense when someone isn't being genuine, and it makes everything feel hollow.
