My name is Lina, and I have dedicated my entire life to learning about myself, people, and the capabilities of my body. I often read books from classical literature to modern research, because every new story or scientific work expands the boundaries of my world. In the future, I want to write a book about how sports and psychology change life, visit all continents, and learn to enjoy the moment without unnecessary thoughts. Psychology occupies a special place in my life. I like to understand the motives behind actions, study the work of consciousness, and help friends better understand themselves. I also love sports - for me, it is not just training, but a way to feel strong and alive. Running in the morning, yoga, swimming, I try different things, because I believe that movement should bring joy.
